Slowly going back to a routine

I have been doing 30 min of Yoga everyday.  Hey...at least I'm moving!

Not feeling motivated

My son had Strep throat last week and my husband had the flu and bronchitis.  I was running a hospital if nothing else.  I didn't get any time to really exercise and I've been bad because I haven't weighed in 2 weeks.  I have been eating chocolate.  Shame on me.  Not feeling too motivated right now.

Not enough time

We helped my grandmother move this weekend so we didn't get to weigh in.  We weren't home long enough to do anything but sleep.  Then my son came down with Strep Throat and Jeff is sick too.  I caught 30 min of Yoga today but that's it.  I'm too busy taking care of everyone.

What a challenge

i was doing my Yoga again today.  This was probably the most difficult series yet.  they were doing a sequence that included the Crane.  if you can do this pose, I envy you.  it takes a great amount of strength.  However, it felt good to work out.

Another week

I did an hour of Yoga last night.  It felt so good.  I was surprised with my weight loss for the week.  It would be nice to lose 1.5-2pounds a week but a pound is an accomplishment too.  So here's to another week!  Cheers!
