    Not feeling motivated

    My son had Strep throat last week and my husband had the flu and bronchitis.  I was running a hospital if nothing else.  I didn't get any time to really exercise and I've been bad because I haven't weighed in 2 weeks.  I have been eating chocolate.  Shame on me.  Not feeling too motivated right now.

    We all falter here or there just get back up and start all over again. Remember how good you felt before you fell off your routine and to lose and search for the wonderful feeling of strength. You can do this! Be one of us Big Losers!
